UP Wedding theme

Every so often someone comes to us with an idea that starts our teams creative juices running with excitement and our imaginations start to run wild!

 On Saturday one of those occasions came to fruition with the wedding of Marc and Louise, at the fabulous setting of Myres Castle in Auchtermuchty. The theme for the day was the fantastic Disney film UP.

For those of you who aren't familiar the film, it is a lovely animated movie that is filled with colour and wonderful characters. We utilised rainbow voile, with table centers of colourful balloon bunches and gerberas placed in  pickle jars which represented the "Paradise Falls Fund" as seen in the film.

The wedding ceremony took place in the lovely Apple Store which has natural wood benches and we dressed one of our archways in bright coloured roses, gerberas, carnations , chrysanthemums and of course balloons as they play a big part in the film. The bottom half of the arch was dressed in rainbow voile, with flower placements at the bottom.The theme was carried forward to the reception entrance and throughout the venue.

Once the wedding ceremony was over , our team dismantled the archway and repositioned the flowers from the arch along the top table to add that fantastic display of colour which brought the table to life.

We felt privileged to have been there to witness such a fantastic joyous occasion as the kids took advantage of the bouncy castle and garden games that had been provided by at wedding hosts.
